Refund Policy

You may return your Freedom Studios product within 30 days of receiving it. In order to return your item(s), please send the item to:

Please DO NOT send any items back in a letter envelope because it will be processed through an automated machine that will ruin the item during the return. It must be shipped as a parcel and not a letter.

Please provide the following information in your package as well:

• Your full name, address, and email address
• Your order number
• Your reason for this return
• Any other comments or suggestions for the Freedom Studios Team

Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with a return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
